Accessibility statement

Crédit Agricole is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet and software packages accessible [and its mobile applications and digital urban furniture] in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

Compliance status

The website www.credit-agricole.de is non-compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Test results

The compliance audit conducted by SMILE (OURI Maroua) shows that:

• 42.59% of the criteria in RGAA version 4.1.2 are met.

Numerous issues will negatively impact users with disabilities, whether or not they rely on assistive technologies. The most critical barriers for users concern:

•             Decorative images are not properly ignored by assistive technologies.

•             A captioned image is incorrectly integrated.

•             A frame contains a non-relevant title attribute.

•             Information is conveyed by color alone, without an alternative.

•             The contrast between text, interface components, and background is insufficient.

•             A layout table is not properly identified.

•             A data table has no title and its headers are not defined.

•             Some links are irrelevant or empty.

•             Some rich components do not follow accessibility recommendations (structure, roles, states).

•             Some interactive components are not keyboard accessible.

•             The page title is not fully relevant across the site.

•             Some elements are used purely for decorative purposes, harming the document’s semantics.

•             The semantic structure of the content (headings, subheadings, lists) is incorrect or insufficient, making navigation with a screen reader difficult.

•             The overall page structure lacks appropriate markup, and some areas do not have the expected roles.

 •            Some unauthorized attributes are used.

•             The content does not correctly adapt to 200% zoom or custom text spacing settings.

•             Keyboard focus visibility on interactive elements needs improvement.

•             Some hidden content is not ignored by screen readers.

•             Some information is conveyed solely through position, without clear identification.

•             Some content is visible on hover (via CSS) but not accessible via keyboard focus.

•             Some form fields lack labels.

•             A “Site Map” page should be added in the footer.

•             The tab order during keyboard navigation is not fully coherent.

•             PDF documents are not accessible and no alternative is provided.

•             The display in reduced viewport sizes (responsiveness) needs improvement.
