Summary

 

To support the Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) team in day-to-day business and projects - starting February 2026, for a period of at least 4 months, preferably longer - we are looking for an

 

Corporate and Leveraged Finance Intern (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

· Preparation and production of pitch books mainly for corporate clients as well as PE clients in liaison with other business lines

· Financial modelling, including cash flow analysis & financial projections

· Due diligence, primary risk assessment, analysis of transactions, preparation of credit applications, analysis of returns using internal profitability tools

· Execution of financing transactions (due diligence, structuring, negotiations, termsheets and legal documentation, support to syndication/sales team for distribution…)

· Analysis of companies’ business model, capital structure, financial policy

Required skills  Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work across all levels of the Organization Ability to analyse and summarise quantitative and qualitative information Knowledge of corporate finance and credit analysis Eagerness to learn and motivation Teamplayer Ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload

Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management or related fields


Languages • Excellent language skills in English; German or any further languages would be a plus
