Summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Creating product and marketing content in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Coordinate internal processes, documentation and partner contracts.

Product Support & Documentation

  • Coordinate internal reviews and validation processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities and internal processes.
  • Develop and maintain bilingual (DE/EN) project documentation, ensuring version control and standardized templates.
  • Prepare and update process maps (e.g. in Visio)
  • Organize and consolidate project overviews, synthesizing key projects insights.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Preparation of high-quality business presentations and reports for meetings and conferences.
  • Participation in regular project meetings, draft accurate minutes and maintaining detailed business logs
  • Manage internal and external partner contracts, ensuring alignment and audit-proof documentation.

Implementation Support

  • Support product implementation activities and ensure timely, accurate documentation throughout all stages.
  • Act as liaison between project management and specialist departments (compliance, legal, pricing, data)

Marketing & Training

  • Design and deliver practical marketing and training sessions for project stakeholders as needed.
  • Translate and localize materials to meet projects requirements.

Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills, high integrity and discretion Ability to align effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams. Business travel required
  • Preferably third level Education in Business School / University / Insurance Expert training

Languages Fluent German & English, French is desirable
