Summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Creating product and marketing content in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Coordinate internal processes, documentation and partner contracts.

Relationship Management
• Preparation of business slide decks for meetings and conferences
• Participation in regular meetings, drafting minutes and keeping business logs

Product Development
• Support of product overviews, synthesis of key insights
• Creation of process maps in Visio

Product documentation
• Create and maintain bilingual (DE/EN) documentation
• Coordinate internal reviews and version control
• Develop a library of templates and key terms for efficient reuse

Product Implementation
• Support product implementation activities and ensure correct documentation

Partner Contracts
• Draft and finalize partner contracts and ensure clean final documents
• Coordinate internal and external feedback and ensure alignment

Marketing/ Training
• Design and deliver practical marketing training sessions as requested
• Ability to translate and localize content where required

People First
• To assign workload and projects to each member of your staff
• To follow up on HR processes, attendance, probationary period, performance management, etc.
• To develop and coach your staff to reach their potential within CACI
• To identify with your team individually their strengths and their areas for improvement
• To identify the teams individual talents and abilities and harness those for their development and to optimise the business.
• To coach and encourage staff to enhance their professional actuarial qualifications (when required)
• To fully apply the performance management process ensuring it is a 2 way process of open discussion

Experience 11 years and more

Required skills • Knowledge of bank-insurance products (life and non-life) • Specialisation in PPI/Creditor Insurance an advantage • People management experience • Knowledge of the banking and Price Comparison Website sector in Germany, including strong connections to decision-makers and key players in the area of insurance
  • Preferably third level Education in Business School / University / Insurance Expert training

Technical skills required Ability to communicate and operate at a senior level within an organisation Excellent communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement Strong analytical skills Trust and integrity Business travel required

Languages Fluent German & English, French is desirable
